Best Mid Range Hotel in Bangkok – The Key Hotel

best mid range hotel in Bangkok

The Key represents a great mid-range value as far as hotels in Bangkok go. Location is a big draw as The Key Bangkok Hotel is situated just a short 3-minute walk from Asok BTS Skytrain Station and Terminal 21 Shopping Mall, putting it in the heart of the city.

Rooms at the Key all have air conditioning, hard wood floors, and offer plenty of space so you never have to feel like you are sleeping in a hotel closet. All are equipped with a small dining area and kitchenette, giving you a bit of a homey feeling while you are traveling.

If we were to visit Bangkok again anytime soon we would totally stay at the Key. And if you are looking for a great mid-range hotel in Bangkok you should strongly consider the Key as well.

Best Budget Hotel in Bangkok  – Nasa Vegas Hotel

best budget hotel in Bangkok

The Nasa Vegas Hotel is not the newest hotel in Bangkok, by any means. However, it offers one of the very best values in the city without skimping on cleanliness or hospitality.

Junior double rooms start at around $19 a night, which is a pretty great deal. That’s cheaper than some dorm beds in a hostel will cost you, which is pretty amazing seeing as you are getting a spacious private room all to yourself.

Nasa is located right near the Ramkhamhaeng Station Airport link sky train, which makes airport transfers to and from the hotel super easy and painless. There are a ton of mini markets and restaurants in the area in case you don’t want to eat the hotels (really good) food.

Overall, Nasa Vegas is a great budget hotel option in Bangkok, and represents a good value without sacrificing comfort or privacy.

  1. I wouldn’t call Pullman THE best luxury hotel in BKK. It’s certainly among the top choices, no doubt, but with venues like Peninsula, Conrad, St. Regis, Banyan Tree and not to forget the odd Oriental just to name a few, it’s very hard to put up an exact listing. Imho personal preference matters a lot. Nevertheless big cheers for your effort and good job you do !
